Every year, approximately 30 non-profit groups volunteer thousands and thousands of hours to bring the festival to life. Come join us for a long weekend (always the third Friday in July) and enjoy all that we have to offer; Friday night parade, Saturday night fireworks, live music from stages, food served by our non-profit volunteers, arts & crafts shows, road races, and more. The Yarmouth Clam Festival is alive and well for 2025 and all the POTHE churches are invited to join in the festivities. July 18, 19, and 20. This is a time to have fun, get to know your fellow parishioners, have fun, teach young ones, have fun, meet others, and HAVE FUN!!
This year we will park cars and have our food stand in the parking lot as before; serving our famous “Sacred Heart Full Meal Deal,” burgers, hot dogs, water… and, of course, cotton candy. We will also have the end booth again this year in the Commons food circle. There, we will have cotton candy, water and SNOW CONES!
I am looking for adult volunteers to help make cotton candy. You too can learn the fine art of twisting the wrist to produce the best cotton candy at the festival! Times can vary, considering we bag it. The stories some people have…GREAT FUN!
